HOW I WORK
The Process
Vision
I ask lots of questions. I want to fully understand the problem before I develop a solution to meet the core needs of the learners and clearly communicate the stakeholders message.
Plan
My job is to look at the big picture and find the right strings to pull to facilitate the performance goal. Will issues are rarely resolved with more skills training.
Prototype
To ensure successful on-time development, I prefer iterative, short cycles, with frequent touch-points and end-user testing.
Play
My goal is minimum viable product as soon as possible, and strategic improvement over iterations.
Prioritize
Collect feedback and feature requests, evaluate against 80/20 principle and learning objectives to determine integration.
