Online Prep was a student support model that provided students an opportunity to interact face to face with faculty and other students to build relationships, a sense of community, and develop a support network before transitioning solely to the Online modality. This was a complicated project with a lot of moving parts and business decisions being made as we were designing the pilot content.
Blended Learning Deliverables
Due to audience distribution of pilot campuses and time constraints on development of pilot, I went with a three pronged approach. If the pilot had continued, then I would have developed an online component for the next major rollout.

My Design Process
As is my usual process, I brainstorm, organize information, and take notes in a mindmap before I compile the necessary pieces into a design document. Mindmaps are the only tool I have found that can control the chaos and magic of my thinking. 🙂 If you would like to explore the rabbit hole, then click the red Launch the Mindmap button on the right. Or you can scroll down for more traditional design documentation.
