The company was implementing a newer version of PeopleSoft and migrating the HR and Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) functions into PS HCM. We were moving from a custom Learning Management System (LMS), intranet pages for HR information and policy, and setting up a new HR Service Desk. I was invited to the project team due to my IT implementation and help desk experience.
My Responsibilities:
- Synthesize information from the Employee Handbook, HR intranet, and new PS processes into over 500 knowledgebase articles for employee self-service and the HR Service Desk agents.
- Develop MyHR Resource SharePoint site as employee gateway to HR training materiel and the HR Service Desk.
- Create over 200 test scripts for learning management processes from PeopleTools documentation.
- Create documentation and support site for user acceptance testing (UAT).
